Dewald Brevis has been nominated to South Africa’s tournament squad of 15 players, with Bjorn Fortuin serving as captain. The series consists of seven matches and serves as the groundwork for the Africa Cup’s start in 2027.
A T20 tri-series between South Africa, Zimbabwe, and Namibia will take place at the Namibia Cricket Ground in Windhoek from August 28 to September 6, 2026.
Dewald Brevis, a 22-year-old right-handed hitter, has played 30 T20 internationals and brings experience to the South African team.
